About Me

My husband and I have lived in the black hills for six years now. We moved to the area after my husband joined the Air Force. My husband and I have one little boy named Blake. We also share our home with two pets. We have two dogs, Ky and Rylee. My passion is teaching and kids.

I graduated from Black Hills State University in the spring of 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I completed my student teaching in second grade. I taught one year as paraprofessional in a K-1 Special Education classroom and this is my fourth year teaching first grade.
